Trish was the ABSOLUTE BEST. She was diligent, fun, and exceeded all of our expectations. We had pretty stringent criteria and knew that finding a new house would be a needle in a haystack. Trish found the perfect house through her networking, and we were able to buy it before it hit the market. She got multiple offers on our current house and arranged for us to close on both on the same day. She did all of this with good cheer, lots of laughter, and as a task master. We've been recommending her to everyone we know!

Pam is amazing. She is as smart as she is passionate about her work. We met with Pam in the summer of the 2019 and what impressed me most was her desire to learn more about me and my family before she asked about our real estate plans. As we embarked on our search, Pam brought a perspective and knowledge that was invaluable in that she could see our needs today, 5 years now from now, 30 years from now. My wife and I were relocating from out of state and Kate did a fantastic job helping us find a home in the Wilmette area. Kate helped with all of the research, was extremely proactive, helped us tour homes virtually due to COVID and ultimately helped us find a fantastic new build home. Kate then successfully negotiated the deal at a favorable price point. Since purchasing the home, Kate has helped us coordinate appointments with the new home until we relocate to Chicago. While we recognized that we were tight on space in our condo in the city, buying a house in the suburbs seemed like a daunting feat. Pam took the time to help us find a home my family would love and grow into. We also needed a home in an excellent school district. She is very knowledgeable about the northern suburbs of Chicago. We were looking into a few different suburbs so this was helpful. Her ideas about home layouts and flow to furniture layout helped me envision myself in the home and helped tremendously. I saw a few homes that had some awkward layouts and Pam immediately saw how the home could be with a few changes. We have now been in our home for over a year so this review is long overdue. But that's how good Pam is - a year later and I'm extremely happy how everything turned out.

She was deliberate and steadfast throughout our entire search and never once suggested that we compromise. Also, during our search houses were selling in just days or even before listing.
