Wendy was born and raised in Wilmette/Winnetka’s New Trier district. The transition into real estate was a natural procession since her husband is founder and CEO of Brookhaven Properties Inc., a luxury home builder serving the North Shore. Having built and sold over 75 homes on the North Shore and lakefront property in Lake Geneva, WI with her husband, Wendy’s experience spans all types of clients from first-time home buyers/sellers to luxury lakefront estates. Wendy’s experience with new construction has created her greatest strength. It has given her the knowledge, skill, patience, and passion to take a blank canvas and create one’s dream home. On a different level, it has given her the ability to see an existing home’s potential and help the client visualize the possibilities while capturing their needs and desires.
