Stacy O’Neil is no stranger to the world of Real Estate. In fact, her greatest asset as an agent has been her vast experience as a client in various markets throughout the country. The transient nature of her husband’s profession led to relocating her family 13 times in 9 different states over the last 21 years. She has been a buyer, seller, renter, or land lord in over twenty transactions from the East to the West Coasts. Her time as a client proves to be an invaluable tool in her approach as an Agent. While moving is an exciting but stressful endeavor, Stacy understands all too well that moving to unfamiliar territory adds another level of anxiety. “I figured out early on that my approach to an impending move was contagious to my kids. They are either going to feel my stress or feel my excitement. Having the right agent and a smooth transaction makes the biggest difference in this process and allows you to be the best version of yourself during the transition. I want to provide that peace of mind for my clients. Let me handle the stressful parts while you focus on an exciting new beginning.”

Stacy loves the process of finding the house you want to turn into a home, and has an eye for equity building updates and renovations. She has extensive experience in decorating and staging and truly enjoys the satisfaction of a room or home makeover. “Once you find the right functionality and flow, the rest is easy. I truly love putting my touch on every home we have lived in. I have such a passion for that and love to help others incorporate their personal styles into their new homes.”

In addition to her own expertise, Stacy has access to a close knit network throughout the country that can not only help find your dream home, but also provide the necessary local resources to begin your new life in that dream home.

Stacy grew up in Bowie, Maryland and was a scholarship athlete at Towson University in Towson, Maryland, where she met her husband, Jim, who was also a scholarship athlete. Over the last 21 years, Jim has been a professional football coach for the collegiate and NFL ranks. “Hard work, dedication, and the desire to win are family staples in the O’Neil household”. They have lived in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Nevada, and California. They currently reside in Glenview with their three kids.
